Here's what we usually get asked
Not at all. Our most engaged clients are 35-60 year old professionals who want to proactively understand and manage their health. You don't need to be an athlete to benefit from having a proper health baseline.
A standard GP check is designed to detect disease. Our testing is proactive — it is looking to measure the key factors important for living well - HEALTHSPAN. They complement each other; we don't replace your GP.
Most sessions run 60–90 minutes depending on your package. The results debrief is included and runs approximately 15-30 immediately minutes after testing.
Most clients retest every 3–6 months to track progress. After your initial baseline, we'll recommend a cadence based on your goals.
